Exchanges Policy

We want you to look your best. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a straightforward exchange process.

  • How to Exchange: Contact us at contact@saintoakes.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the size/colour you wish to exchange for.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately via email with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship your new item.
